Why now
The number that matters is the twenty year number
A wood fence has to be stained again every few years. Each round costs you the product, a weekend of work, and a colour that fades again the next summer. Add the boards that cup or split and get replaced along the way.
PVC asks for none of that. It does not rot, it does not warp, and the colour runs through the material instead of sitting on top of it. Upkeep is a garden hose in the spring.
PVC does cost more than pressure treated wood on the day it goes in. That is exactly why the rest belongs in the math: the stain, the replacement boards, and your own weekends. Most homeowners run that calculation once and then stop asking. We can run it with you during the visit, using the real length of your yard.
What you get
What actually goes in the ground
Here is the whole project, from the post to the gate.
Exterior grade PVC panels
Panels built for this climate, with UV protection. The colour runs through the material, so a scratch does not expose a different shade underneath.
Styles
Full privacy, semi privacy with spacing or a lattice top, ranch rail, picket. We bring the range to the visit and look at what suits the house.
Colours
White is still the one most people ask for. Beige and brown tones exist depending on the line you choose. Samples come to your property, because a colour cannot be judged on a screen.
Posts anchored below the frost line
This is the real reason a fence starts to lean. A post set too shallow lifts with the frost every winter and never settles all the way back. We do not cut that corner, whatever the material.
Matching gates
Single, double, or wide enough for a vehicle. Gate posts reinforced for the span, and hardware set so the gate still closes in January.
By-laws confirmed first
Fence by-laws differ between Quebec and Ontario, and between municipalities. We confirm the rules that apply to your address before we start.
What is included
The site visit and the measurements, the itemized written quote, delivery of the material, the full installation, and cleanup when we are done.
Service in English and French
The whole crew is bilingual, on both sides of the river. You get served in your language, from the quote to the last gate adjustment.
What it costs
Why there is no price on this page
A PVC fence comes down to three things first: the length you need to cover, the panel line you pick, and the number of gates. A gate costs more than a straight section of the same width, because it needs reinforced posts and hardware.
The property matters too. A slope means the sections have to be stepped. Rocky ground slows the post holes down. A narrow side yard changes how the material gets to the back. None of that can be guessed over the phone.
So we do not publish a range. A wide range does not help you decide, and a narrow one would be wrong on half the properties. The visit and the written quote are free, with no obligation. You get a firm price, itemized: materials, length, gates, labour.
Warranty and payment
What the quote says in writing
5 year warranty on the installation
In writing, inside the quote. It covers the installation itself: the posts, the alignment, the hardware, and the workmanship, for 5 years. A post that moves or a gate that stops closing properly, we come back.
What it does not cover
Impact damage, exceptional storms, and changes made by someone else. We say that up front and it is written into the quote, not buried in small print at the bottom of a page.
Financing available
A PVC fence lasts decades. You do not have to pay for all of it at once. Ask us about the terms during the visit and we walk you through the options before you sign anything.
