What we collect
When you request a quote. Your name, phone and email. Optionally: your city, project type and message. For a financing request, budget and timeline.
Automatically, while you visit.
- Ad click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid) and campaign parameters, kept 90 days on your device
- Audience and conversion measurement through Google Ads and Google Analytics
- Your IP address, recorded with your request

- To call you back and prepare your quote
- To know which ads bring real enquiries, so the advertising budget is not wasted
- To improve the site
Who it is shared with
We use service providers to run the site and reply to you:
- Netlify, for hosting and receiving form submissions
- Resend, for sending email
- Twilio, for sending text alerts
- Google, for advertising measurement and analytics
These providers are located outside Quebec, including in the United States, so your information may be processed and stored there.
If you click the financing link you leave our site for Financeit, a Clôtures DKA partner with its own privacy policy.
We do not sell your information.
Cookies and measurement
Measurement tools load as soon as you arrive. A notice lets you refuse at any time. If you refuse, advertising and analytics measurement stops. Your choice is kept on your device.
How long we keep it
- Quote requests: for as long as we are doing business with you, then archived
- Click identifiers kept on your device: 90 days
Your rights
You can ask to see your information, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Email soumissions@cloturesdka.ca or call 819 500-4613. We reply within 30 days.
